Konstantoulaki Kleopatra

Dr. Kleopatra Konstantoulaki is an Assistant Professor at the School of Administrative, Economics and Social Sciences at the University of West Attica. She holds a PhD in Marketing from Athens University of Economics and Business. In addition, Dr. Konstantoulaki holds a BA in Marketing and Communications from the same university and an MBA from the University of Stirling, United Kingdom. She has also studied at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands as part of her undergraduate studies. In the past, she has served as a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Westminster, London and as an Associate Professor at Saint Petersburg State University, Russia. Her research interests, among others, lie in the field of Consumer Psychology and Marketing Communications. Dr. Konstantoulaki has presented and published her research at European and international conferences, such as the European Marketing Academy Conference (EMAC), the Global Marketing Academy (GMA) conference and the International Conference on Research in Economic Psychology (IAREP conference). In addition, she has published her research in highly ranked international academic journals such as the Journal of Business Research, Information Technology and People, Journal of Strategic Marketing, International Journal of Innovation Management, International Journal of Market Research, etc. Over her academic career, Dr. Konstantoulaki has taught a range of courses, including Marketing Strategy, Consumer Behaviour, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Research Methods. Along with her academic teaching, Kleopatra has also structured and delivered seminars to professionals in the wider field of Marketing both in Greece and Great Britain. Finally, prior focusing on her academic career, Dr. Konstantoulaki, worked at Research International SA (Greece), as well as at the Press and Public Relations department of the European Patent Office in Munich (Germany).
